Intermediary services
You agree and acknowledge that through this Platform, Teleporters Travel Solution provides intermediary services and is therefore not responsible for any deficiency of services or in the product provided by any person or supplier (airline, travel or tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) that you engage, or for any inaccuracies in photos uploaded by such suppliers. Teleporters Travel Solution may help with communication between you and the supplier about such a deficiency on a case by case basis.
Your bookings
Your bookings are entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences. Teleporters Travel Solution does not accept liability for damages, losses or delays that may result, including but not limited to improper documents for travel to a destination.
No warranties
Teleporters Travel Solution expressly disclaims any representations, warranties or conditions in connection with these Terms, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy or completeness of results, data or information. All warranties are provided on an as is basis.
Teleporters Travel Solution provides a technology solution which by its nature is not error free, and does not warrant that use of its Services will be uninterrupted, continuous or error free. If there is any compromise or misuse not directly and solely attributable to Teleporters Travel Solution, including misuse of your login details, Teleporters Travel Solution cannot be held responsible.
Inventory and pricing
Inventory is provided to Teleporters Travel Solution by its suppliers, so it cannot be guaranteed to be free of errors. In such cases Teleporters Travel Solution may modify the affected booking to reflect the correct tariff, giving you notice, and may offer you a free cancellation within a given time. If neither is accepted, it implies your acceptance of the corrected rate. Teleporters Travel Solution or the supplier may cancel the booking, in which case money paid by you for that booking will be refunded where applicable.
Certain inventory may be changed, suspended or removed at any time without notice. This does not affect bookings already made and not consumed. Teleporters Travel Solution may cancel any booking that breaches these Terms or the policies of the supplier.
